By booking a courier or utilizing the logistics services provided by AVA Enterprises (Registered Address: 14/559, Challiyil House, Pathirappally, Alappuzha, Kerala - 688521, GST: 32BQVPA3158D1Z2), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
AVA Enterprises provides domestic logistics and courier services across India. Transit times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they are subject to external factors like weather, transport delays, and regulatory checks.
Customers are strictly prohibited from sending illegal, hazardous, flammable, explosive, or radioactive materials. AVA Enterprises reserves the right to inspect packages and refuse shipment of any prohibited goods. The sender holds full liability for legal consequences arising from dispatching prohibited items.
The sender is responsible for ensuring that the packages are adequately packed to withstand normal transit handling. The sender must provide accurate and complete recipient details (Name, Address with PIN Code, and Contact Number). We are not liable for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
AVA Enterprises' liability for loss or damage to an uninsured shipment is limited to the courier charges paid or a standard predefined amount, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance resulting from acts beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters (floods, earthquakes), strikes, riots, war, or government regulations.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alappuzha, Kerala.
